LumiraDx Care Solutions has been included thanks to the launch of its innovative self-care app engage, for patients on all anticoagulation therapy, which launched in the UK in 2017. The app digitally connects patients to their care teams with a seamless two-way data flow between engage and the main clinical systems, giving care teams continual visibility of their patient’s progress.
engage is already in use across the UK where it is benefitting clinicians and patients alike, saving time1 and giving patients freedom and independence from clinic visits. Les, from York says, “It’s just given me the freedom not to be tied to a clinic […] now we can go away to France and not worry about it.”
Dr Mark Sullivan, Medical Director at LumiraDx Care Solutions says:
“We are thrilled to have been identified and included in the Global Digital Health 100. Healthcare is changing dramatically and we are proud to be at the forefront of the digital transformation of care for people taking anticoagulation therapy and other long-term conditions.”
