The Anticoagulation Achievement Awards are hosted by leading charities, Anticoagulation UK, AF Association, Thrombosis UK, Arrhythmia Alliance and leading training establishments – Anticoagulation in Practice and Thrombus.
The awards recognise and celebrate outstanding practice in the management, education and provision of anticoagulation services delivered across the UK.
Teams and individuals across secondary, primary and community services have been invited to demonstrate innovation and excellence in delivering anticoagulation services, resources or individual leadership. Winners of each category will receive a £1,000 bursary. Awards will be presented at The Houses of Parliament on Wednesday 11 October 2017 by Andrew Gwynne MP and members of the Judging Panel.
We look forward to congratulating the winners and finalists!
