Clare Gardner, People Development Manager at LumiraDx Care Solutions says:
“We are delighted to receive our award! I think it’s a real reflection of the hard work that we put in to look after our people and to ensure that LumiraDx is a fantastic place to work. We are lucky with the location of our office, as the beach is just five minutes away, and with an hour’s lunch break, many staff head down to Portreath for a lunchtime walk and breath of fresh air.’’
Rachel Faulkner, Workplace Health Coordinator at Health Promotion Service says:
“A great achievement! There are many more ideas and plans for the future too, which will continue to strengthen and support all the work focusing on health and wellbeing of staff. The health and wellbeing of staff feels embedded and part of the culture at this organisation: very impressive. Keep up the great work.”
